One-time setup fee: 50¢ per student
Licensing fee: pay only for months in which students are in class
- Monthly licensing fee: 90¢ per student
- OR: Yearly licensing fee: $9 per student
Training via the Web: At no additional cost, up to 15 trainees per session; average training time is 1-2 hours per session. Trainees do not necessarily have to be at school to partake in the training. Weekends are available as necessary.
Video Tutorials: No additional cost
E-mail Support Tickets: No additional cost
Help Manual: Available online as part of each GPA Network component, at no additional cost
The use of text messages and voice phone call alerts requires the use of a Twilio account. Twilio charges $1 per month for a phone number, 1¢ per SMS text message, and 2¢ per minute for voice alerts. This feature is completely optional. E-mail alerts are available at no additional cost.
